Distributed files

If the ccsl_all package was downloaded the documentation files will already be present in the subdirectory $CCSL/doc. If not they should be dearchived from ccsl_doc.tar with tar -xzf ccsl_doc.tar Note that the ccsl_source files must be installed before the complete documentation can be made. The archive contains the following files diritemffacts.doc directory containing the form-factor documentation

CCSLapa.cls	The LaTeX class file for the appendices
CCSLman.cls	The LaTeX class file for the MK4 manual
CCSLman.perl	The style file to use with LaTeX2html for the html manual
CCSLstyles.css	The html styles for the manual
Makeappene.man	The Makefile for appendix E to the MK4 manual
Makefile.doc	Makefile for the MK4 manual and all appendices
Makeman.man	Makefile for the MK4 manual alone
appene.tex	TeX source for appendix E
