I am making great progress on textual PDF files, but I just got an error on a PDF file with a JPEG diagram. Attached is the dump. Am I missing something for JPEG processing?

Thanks to GhostGum for helping me get the fonts going. I have been using the pdf2ps.bat and ps2pdf.bat files to convert data back and forth, but have been having some "data quality" issues. If I take a "simple" PDF file and run the pdf2ps, the resulting ps file doesn't look too good, and when I run ps2pdf on it, it looks really fuzzy in my Adobe Acrobat, and I can no longer "touch up" anything. If I take my original PDF file and use Adobe Acrobat to export it as PostScript, the ps2pdf process generates a PDF file that is nicely viewable in Acrobat, and can be touched up.

It appears that the pdf2ps process is not generating a very good PS file. Any experience with this?

I am a new user of GhostScript. Unfortunately, I am running on a Win2k environment (instead of a more compatible Unix environment). I have been able to build GhostScript with Borland CBuilder6, with much tweaking to the makefiles for the newer compiler. Now I need to get the "fonts" data for it to process PS files. How/where can I get the font data?

Thanks.
