Deconvolution
Sample: single EM of copper chlorinated phthalocyanine with ED data

The procedure is similar to that for K2O.7Nb2O5.
Inspecting the CTF curve we find that it does not cross the abscissa within the original image resolution (2Å). Hence there is no need to set the threshold for small CTF values.

Now open the averaged image (upper-left sub-window in the next figure). Click the "Deconvolute" button . In the dialog box (sub-window at the bottom), select 'Electron Diffraction Data File' and specify the full path of the diffraction data file. This file should have an extension '.dhk'. The user would input also the defocus value, which was obtained from "searching the defocus". The result will be that as shown in the upper-right sub-widow.
