The SnB research group at Hauptman-Woodward Medical Research Institute has teamed with Compaq to provide a multiprocessor DEC 4100 AlphaServer system to a select group of users who would otherwise be unable to perform the necessay computations. Funding for this project is provided by the Oishei Foundation and the National Science Foundation . Please see below on how to contact us and obtain an account on this server.

In order to utilize the Web-based entry to the server, you must be running Netscape 4.5 or greater or Internet Explorer 4.01 or greater.

• Full CDE: A full Common Desktop Environment (CDE) is available to authorized users of the SnB DEC 4100 AlphaServer.
• Basic X-Windows Environment: A basic X-Windows Environment is available to authorized users on the SnB DEC 4100 AlphaServer
