Input editing functions

If the program was compiled with -DREADLINE, the following basic editing functions are available at the program prompt:

^A : moves to the beginning of the line
  ^B : moves back a single character
^E : moves to the end of the line
  ^F : moves forward a single character
^K : kills from current position to the end of line
^P or arrow up : moves back through history
^N or arrow down : moves forward through history
^H and DEL : delete the previous character
^D : deletes the current character
^L/^R : redraw line in case it gets trashed
^U : kills the entire line
  ^W : kills last word
Furthermore you can move within the line using the arrow keys.

NOTE:

If you redirect the input for executed PROG using 'prog < infile' you MUST use the command 'set prompt, off' or 'set prompt, redirect' in the first line to avoid that the program 'hangs' at the end of the file. (-> set prompt)
