scat <s>,<name>|<number>,<c>
This command allows the user to specify a new scattering factor
for data set <s> and atom <name> (or <number>) of the current
phase. In case data set <s> are neutron scattering data just a
single scattering length <c> is needed, in case of X-rays, the
scattering factor is given in exponential form.
