This is the simplest
contact manager can be found... (IMHO) The records can be
encrypted and the program is password protected. It is only
570Kb so give it a try. Please note
that the password for the very first run is nothing, null...
in other words just press the OK button.
I have made this just for fun so no support is to be expected!
