Head of macromolecular crystallography and structural genomics group, advanced biomolecular cryo-crystallography and synchrotron MAD and instrumentation techniques; crystal structures of antibody fragments, superantigens, apolipoptoteins, TB drug targets, neurotoxins. High throughput crystallization and crystallography, structural genomics, drug targets structures, machine learning, knowledge discovery. Founded and manages UC-LLNL HTP crystallography facility including molecular biology lab, crystallization robotics, spectroscopy, DLS, CD, and CCD area detectors. A.O.Univ.
