Licence for use and distribution

XFolders is distributed as freeware. The program is provided free of charge for academic, scientific and non-commercial purposes, provided usage is acknowledged. Commercial users wishing to use the program must first contact the author to purchase a licence.

Conditions of this licence:
1. All copyrights to XFolders are exclusively owned by the author - Oleg V. Dolomanov.

XFolders IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE IT AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

3. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise reverse engineer or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this licence and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

4. Installing and using XFolders signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the licence.

5. If you disagree with any of the terms of this licence you must cease using the product and remove all components of XFolers from your storage devices.
