Programmes included in the package

At the beginning of the work JANA96 opens the basic window with list of the single programs available. The following table lists their names and properties.
 
DATRED
 Program for data reduction. Reads diffractometer output file, calculates LP and (possibly) absorption correction.
PRELIM
 Program for preparation of the basic crystal information and of the reflections for the refinement
REFINE
 Refinement program
EDITM40
 Program for creation and editing of the structure model
DIST
 Program for calculation of distances and angles, (possibly) as a function of the t coordinate
FOURIER
 Program for calculation of multidimensional electron density map
CONTOUR
 Program for drawing of the contour plots of Fourier maps, electron density or probability maps
GRAPHT
 Program for plotting of structural parameter as functions of the t coordinate
