the CCSL-word UP and two numbers which are the polarisation,
for the spin ``up'' state and its standard deviation,
then the CCSL-word DOWN followed by the polarisation
for the spin ``down'' state and its standard deviation.
The ``up'' and ``down'' polarisations can be given in either order.
Optionally the CCSL-word DEPO followed by an integer MODE. If
MODE=2 depolarisation will be calculated as a volume effect
using the data on G cards to calculate the incident path length.
