PGPLOT Demos

PGPlot

PGplot is a portable high level graphics package, written for the display of astronomical data, but useful for any scientific discipline.

Full information can be found on the web site PGPlot (version 5.2.0);
The RISC OS version is available from here (size 413K) or from HENSA at pgplot.arc

PGPLOT example programs

The PGPLOT example programs are provided with the package to demonstrate how to use each of the routines in the library. Most of these generate hardcopy for typical scientific presentations; images have been made in advance for the examples which do not use PGPLOT interactively. To see the interactive examples you will have to run the examples themselves. Most of the images were made using only 16 colours
