Cameron Manual
Chapter 23: Menu Definition File
The labels on the menu buttons and the actions they invoke are in the file cameron\button.cam.
The first line gives the number of columns and the number of lines in
the menu.
After this, adjacent pairs of lines give the text to appear on the
button, and the CAMERON commands to be obeyed by the button. The pairs
of lines are given first for column 1, then column 2 etc.
