IPDS Software
Here some highlights of the powerful IPDS program package.
Please click STOE IPDS: Software Features for more details.
- Cell volumes from 45 ų to >1.000.000 ų
- Control of the new Dual-Mode Goniometer Head provided
- Indexing of reflection from grown-together crystals domains (RECIPE)
- Simultaneous integration of intensities from non-merohedric twins (TWIN)
- Handling of Q-vectors during the integration
- Software-supported determination of crystal size and shape, graphic display of the
crystal shape
- Numerical absorption correction with crystal size and shape optimised by
X-SHAPE, which can also derive an approximate description for crystals
without faces
- Automatic space group determination / E-Statistics
- Sorting and merging of equivalent reflections
- Visualisation of reflection positions in reciprocal space
Optional Devices
- External exposure stations
- Cooling systems from Oxford Cryosystems and others
- Dual Mode goniometer head.
This goniometer head is equipped with an additional arc. This allows to collect data in
two different positions which differ by an amount of about 25°. By this means the data
set can be completed. The evaluation of both data sets is done automatically by software.
- Pressure cells
Additional Tools for PC's
- X-STEP for structure determination
- Visual Xpow for powder diagrams
