Operations permitted in the BUFOP command (n refers to motor number):

An=90.

AnF=180.

H0 = hold0

HF= h-field

HFW = hfwait

HOLD = hold

IHF = inc-hf

IT= inc-T

In= inc-angle

MON= monitor

MPF= pref

MT= n or t

PTS= points

T= temp

TW= t-wait

TH= t-hold

TER= t-err
