The search was made by using combinations of keywords as defined below
(search in title, abstract, keywords, etc).

References were not checked for elimination of those which do not belong
really to the SDPD field.

The most cited are not necessarily the pioneering papers (many are lacking
because of the absence, for some papers, of abstract and/or keyword lists
in the Web of Science, so that the search is only on the title).

These lists are more indicative than exhaustive, and will be false one
week later.
