Scientific Information (ISI) and its Software Licensor. No rights of transfer are made hereunder.

Web of Science Trial database.

The database and the software included in the Web of Science Trial are to be used for evaluation purposes only for
the maximum period set-forth above.

Faculty, Students Researchers & Staff of the participating member institution of the XXXXXXXXXX noted herein
shall have access to the database and the software.

Limited downloading is permitted for evaluation purposes only.

Any distribution of results is not permitted.

There is no cost for the use of this database and software during the period of evaluation.

ISI makes no warranties; express or implied, including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability and
fitness for a particular purpose. ISI shall not be liable for direct, special, incidental, indirect, or consequential
damages.

ISI reserves the right to monitor usage during the trial period and to end the trial if breach of any of these terms
occurs.
