The djgpp version of POWDER runs on native DOS (>386 with math coprocessor)
It requires that DOS_TIME.EXE and CWSDJGPP.EXE be either in the PATH or
in the working directory at execution time.

It also runs in DOS windows of Win3.11 and Win95.  Not tested under WinNT.
