Bugs in the V Version 1.18 distribution:

There are a couple of bugs in the X distribution of V 1.18.

1) In the file /v/includew/v/vutil.h, add

   #include <v/v_defs.h>

after the line #define VUTIL_H


2) Replace the file /v/srcx/vtexted.cpp with
   /v/srcwin/vtexted.cpp.  The files should be
   the same, and the X version was not updated
   for the distribution.
