here is a recompiled AEwire,
done on a PS/2-50 286, with TC 2.0, based on the source from aewire.zip

because the original AEwire wouldnt run on my system
and a few friends of mine reported similar nonfunctionality;
i dont know if this is a widespread problem,
but i have yet to see anyone successfully execute the original
aewire.exe at all...
