This directory contains demonstration versions of commercial macintosh image processing and analysis programs. [IPLab_Demos.txt] This is a text document that describes how to download the latest IPLab demos from Signal Analytics FTP site. [MacStereology.hqx] MacStereology makes measurements of images and does 3-D reconstructions. Input is either from a tablet or PICT files. Boundaries of objects can be drawn by hand or traced automatically. Parameters such as area, perimeter and centre of gravity are calculated. Supports 3-D reconstructions using a wireframe, layers or surface plot. [mac-phase] MacPhase is a 2D data analysis and visualization application for the Macintosh. Data sets can be byte, integer, longint, or real and can be as large as memory allows. MacPhase has an extensive collection of processing tools ranging from simple math operators to fourier transforms. [Prism (directory)] Prism is a high-end image analysis package for the Macintosh. This demonstration package is full-featured except for saving or printing images, and the fact that it will run for only 30 minutes at a time. The entire manual is also provided (as a Word 5 file). [Ultimage261.hqx] This is a demo version of Ultimage, a powerful image processing and analysis package designed to extract quantitative data from images. For more information call 800-959-3011.
