  TESTSYM  :  A program to test the proposed symmetry of the unit
              cell, given space group etc.

  OPERATIONAL INFORMATION  : 

        The required input is a file of the same format as "caso3.dat",
  "licu.dat", "nascte.dat" or "rbscte.dat", which can be found in the
  current directory.  The name of the input file is entirely the choice
  of the user.

        Having thus created the input file, the user should simply type
  "testsym" to invoke the program, which will prompt for the name of    
  the input file and the name of the file into which output is to be      
  sent.  The results of TESTSYM on the input files quoted above are,
  respectively, "caso3.res", "licu.res", "nascte.res" and "rbscte.res",
  again located in the current directory.
