Koalariet for Win95 and XFIT for Win95 are the same
program - though activated from different menu options.

To install:
   Go into the xfit-koalariet-win95 directory
   Get the k-inst.exe file   
   When on your PC, install the program by typing:   
      k-inst  c:\  -d
